Remove My Profile (Opt-Out Request)

SnapSave only shows content that is already public on Snapchat. Still, we understand that some creators don't want their public profile to appear in third-party tools. If that is you, we'll exclude your profile free of charge, and you don't need to give a reason.

The fastest option: change your Snapchat settings

Our tools read the same public page that Snapchat shows at snapchat.com/add/your-username. If you make content non-public on Snapchat, for example by setting your story to "My Friends", removing highlights or Spotlight videos, or turning off your public profile, it disappears from our results automatically within a few minutes, because we don't keep copies.

How to request removal

  1. Email us at contact@snapstorysaver.net with the subject line Profile removal request.
  2. Include your Snapchat username and your profile link (snapchat.com/add/…).
  3. Help us confirm ownership. The simplest way is to add a short code we send you to your public profile bio for a few minutes, or to send the request from an email address listed on your public profile. This stops other people from removing accounts that aren't theirs.
  4. We block the profile. Once ownership is confirmed, we add your username to our block list, usually within 3 business days. After that, searches for your username return no content on any SnapSave tool.

📧 Send a removal request by email, or use our contact page.

Requests from someone else

If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor, or a representative acting for a creator, tell us your relationship to the account owner in the email. We'll review these requests case by case. If you believe content is being used to harass someone, also report it to Snapchat directly from the app, because Snapchat can remove the content at its source.
